The AI broke something#

Open the version history and Restore the last version that worked. See Versions and undo.

Clients sign in at your agency's own address, not the main Site Haus page. In Agency → Clients, use Generate new login and Email login to client to send fresh details.

I do not see Agency or Design Studio#

They are part of Pro and Power. Open Account to check your plan.

My WordPress preview asks to install plugins#

The preview has no internet by default. Use Allow internet and install in the banner, or install the plugins on your real site.

A deploy failed#

Open the live log in the Deploy tab. A failed Vercel build shows Vercel's own log lines.

Still stuck#

Contact support from inside the app and describe what happened, including the project and what you expected.
