Use your own AI with your agency
Pro
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP agent so it can read your leads, clients, requests, inbox, payments and brand, and help keep your team's tasks and time up to date.
Your AI assistant can know your agency, not just your websites. Connect it once and ask things like Which leads have gone quiet this month?, What is still owed on accepted proposals? or Summarise this client's open requests and draft a reply I can check.
Connect it#
It uses the same connection as building sites: open Integrations → AI agents, press Connect an AI agent, choose Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Cursor, Codex or another MCP agent, and approve it. See Connect your own AI. There is nothing extra to switch on.
What your AI can read#
| Area | What it can see |
|---|---|
| Overview | Your agency name and availability, leads by stage and open value, clients, forms, proposals by status, open requests and unread conversations |
| Leads | Every lead with its stage, value, follow-up date, notes and logged messages |
| Forms | Your intake forms, submissions and how many people start and finish them |
| Tasks | The team's tasks in full: status, priority, due dates, who they are assigned to, the client, checklists, comments, history, and what is overdue or waiting on a client |
| Time | The hours logged on tasks, by client and person, for a week, month or any period, billable and not |
| Task templates | The ready-made task lists, and the ones you saved |
| Clients | Each client's details, their sites, open requests and brand identity (never their passwords) |
| Tickets | Every client request with its messages and history |
| Inbox | Conversations and messages as plain text, and internal notes |
| Payments | Collected this month, year and overall, what is waiting or owed, care plan revenue and recent payments |
| Brand identity | Your colours, fonts and voice, or a client's, so what the AI writes sounds like you |
| Proposals | Read, and write as drafts, as before |
What it can do with tasks and time#
Your team's task list is the one part of the agency your AI can change, because tasks are your team's own working notes. With the Tasks permission it can:
| Ask it to | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create a task | Adds a task with a due date, priority, client, assignees, checklist, estimate, task list, tags, repeat, and a link to a ticket |
| Update a task | Changes any of those, including marking it done. Finishing a repeating task makes the next one |
| Comment | Adds a comment for the team on a task |
| Log time | Logs time you tell it you worked on a task |
| Make a task list | Makes a whole list from a template for a client, such as a website launch, with due dates counted from a start day |
Everything it writes is made as the person who connected it, and the entry says it was made with an AI assistant, for example Sam (with Claude). You can see and change all of it in Tasks.
For example: Make a website launch list for Regalyx starting Monday and give it all to Kit, Mark the logo task as done and add a comment that the client sent it, or Log 90 minutes on the booking page for yesterday.
An AI cannot delete a task, share a task with a client (the tasks it makes are always private to your team), or send anything to anyone. It does not email the people it assigns tasks to.
What it cannot do#
Everything else is read-only. Your AI cannot send an email, reply to a client, change a lead or request, take a payment, delete anything, or even mark a conversation as read. To act on something, it writes a draft for you (for example with a proposal) and tells you what to do in Site Haus. Nothing reaches a client unless you press Send.
Your team's roles are respected#
Your AI sees exactly what you see in Site Haus:
- Owner and Admin: everything above.
- Manager: leads, forms, clients, inbox, requests, tasks and payments.
- Team member: leads, proposals, the inbox and tasks.
- Collaborator: none of the agency's information.
If a teammate connects their own AI, it only sees and does what their role allows. If your plan stops including Agency tools, the connection stops reading until you upgrade.
Keeping it safe#
- Emails, lead notes and client messages come from outside your agency, so each answer tells the AI to treat them as information and not to follow instructions inside them. This protects you from a message that tries to trick your assistant.
- Passwords, login links, sessions, mailbox settings and payment keys are never shared.
- Every use shows in the activity strip in Site Haus, and you can disconnect an agent any time in Integrations → AI agents.
- Only connect AI apps you trust. Anything an AI reads is seen by the company that runs it, under their privacy terms.
Good first questions#
- Give me a Monday summary: new leads, open requests, overdue tasks, unread mail, and money waiting.
- Which accepted proposals still have a balance, and who should I chase first?
- Read the open requests for Regalyx and tell me what they need.
- How many hours did we log for each client last month, and how much of it was billable?
- What is overdue or waiting on a client this week? Move anything that is not urgent to next Friday.
- Using our brand identity, write a short check-in email for every client I have not spoken to in two weeks, as drafts.
