Your team
Pro
Invite people to work with you, choose what each can do, and share only the projects a partner needs.
Agency → Team is where you invite people to work with you. Each person keeps their own Site Haus account and is linked to your agency with a role. Clients are not team members: they sign in to their own client space (see Clients and the portal).
Roles#
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | You, the account holder. Everything, and the only one who connects Stripe, email services and mailboxes. |
| Admin | Runs the agency with you: invites people, changes roles and settings, and everything a manager can do. |
| Manager | Day to day lead: leads, forms, proposals, inbox, clients, billing and care plans, availability and the agency's projects. |
| Team member | Works on leads, proposals, the inbox, tasks and the agency's projects. Cannot manage clients or settings. |
| Collaborator | An outside partner or freelancer. Sees and edits only the projects you share with them, nothing else of your agency. |
Invite someone#
- Open Agency → Team and press Invite someone.
- Choose a role (the default is Team member), and optionally their email. With an email, the link only works for that address. Without one, anyone who gets the link can join, once.
- Choose how long the link works (1, 7 or 30 days). Tick Email it to them if you want Site Haus to send it, then press Create invite.
- Copy the link if you are sending it yourself. It works once, and it is only shown this one time.
- They open the link, sign in or create an account, and are on the team.
You can change a person's role or remove them at any time. They lose access straight away. What each role can do on the Team page shows the full list.
Share projects with a collaborator#
A collaborator sees only the projects you share with them. On the Team page, press Projects next to their name, tick the projects they should see, and save. Everything else in your agency stays hidden from them.
