Google Calendar and Analytics

Keep lead follow-ups and task due dates on a Google calendar, and see visits to your sites on the Agency dashboard.

Connect Google from Integrations. Calendar and Analytics are separate, so each one asks only for what it needs and you can connect either or both.

Google Calendar#

Site Haus makes its own calendar called Site Haus in your Google Calendar. It puts two kinds of events on it:

  • Follow up: followed by the lead's name, on each lead's follow-up date (leads that are Won or Lost are left off).
  • Due: followed by the task's title, on each open task's due date.

The calendar updates a few seconds after a lead or task changes, and every 30 minutes. You can also press Update calendar now, or turn the automatic updates off. When a lead is won or a task is done, its event is removed.

Site Haus can only see and change the Site Haus calendar it made. It never reads your other calendars. Changes you make to these events in Google are replaced the next time Site Haus updates it, so edit the lead or task in Site Haus instead. Disconnecting leaves the calendar and its events in Google, but they stop updating.

Google Analytics#

Sign in, then choose which Google Analytics 4 property to show. Site Haus reads it (read only, nothing is changed) and adds a Website traffic card to your Agency dashboard: visitors, visits and page views for the last 30 days, a small chart, and the busiest pages. Add the card from Customize on the dashboard if you do not see it.

Your site must already be sending data to Google Analytics. Site Haus reads the numbers. It does not add the tracking code.
