Help, support and feedback
Contact the Site Haus team from your account, and send feedback with a screenshot from any page.
Send feedback from any page#
A small round button sits in a corner of every page (the bottom right by default). Press it to open the feedback form.
- Write a short subject and your message: what is working, what is not, what you would like next.
- Press Take a screenshot to include a picture of the page as it looks right now. The form hides for a moment so it is not in the picture. You can retake or remove it.
- Press Send feedback.
It reaches the Site Haus team as a ticket. So we can help, it includes who you are (if you are signed in), the page and section you were on, your browser, screen size and time zone, and any recent page errors. If you are not signed in you can add an email address so we can reply.
Help and support#
Open the account menu (your name at the bottom left) and choose Help & support. Everything is on one page:
- Search at the top looks through the guides as you type and shows the best matches. It also narrows the FAQs below.
- Topic cards open the guides for each area: getting started, building, skills, proposals, the agency, Design Studio, integrations, account and billing, and troubleshooting.
- General FAQs answer the common questions, such as plans, how the AI is paid for, publishing, WordPress and getting paid.
- Contact support is at the bottom. Give your request a subject, choose a project it is about if you like, describe what is going on, and press Send request. We reply on the page and by email.
- Your requests sits beside the form. Open one to read the conversation, reply, or close it when it is solved.
If you want the team to look at a project's files to help, you can allow it from the request for seven days, only for that project. It is read-only, logged, and you can turn it off at any time. Support never sees your passwords, keys or billing details.
For your agency's clients#
Your clients have their own Requests in their client space, answered by you in Agency → Tickets. See Tickets and inbox.
