Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Site Haus (“Site Haus”, “we”) about your use of Site Haus, including its website, apps and connectors. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use it for a company or a client, you confirm you can accept these terms for them.

The service

Site Haus helps you build websites, web apps and WordPress themes with AI, design brand and social material, write proposals, and run agency work such as clients, leads, forms and payments. Features and limits depend on your plan, and we may improve, change or retire features over time.

Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password and any connected tools secure, and be at least 16. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused.

Your content

You own what you create and upload (“your content”). You give us permission to host, process, display, copy and transmit it only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI and other providers described in our privacy policy. You promise you have the rights to your content and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.

AI output can be wrong or similar to other output. You are responsible for checking it, and for how you use it, before relying on it or publishing it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Site Haus to break the law; infringe others' rights; send spam; host or build malware, phishing or deceptive sites; harass or harm people; attempt to break, overload or probe the service or other customers' data; resell access without our agreement; or work around plan limits or rate limits. We may remove content or suspend accounts that do.

Plans, add-ons and payments

Paid plans and add-ons are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually as you choose, and renew until cancelled. You can change or cancel in Settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan runs until the period you paid for ends. Prices, plan limits and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice for future periods. Usage over your plan limits may be limited or charged as described when you buy. Taxes may apply. Unless the law says otherwise, payments already made are not refundable.

Connectors and third-party services

The ChatGPT, Claude and other connectors let an assistant act on your projects after you approve access. You are responsible for what you ask an assistant to do, including publishing. Third-party services (AI providers, Stripe, GitHub, Figma and others) have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Hosting your sites

Sites and apps you publish through Site Haus are your responsibility, including their content, your visitors' data and your legal notices. We may limit or take down a site that breaks these terms, is unsafe, or uses unreasonable resources.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything important; you can export your projects at any time. We may update these terms, and we will tell you about significant changes. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Site Haus and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put the service or others at risk. When an account ends, your content is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where they apply.
