Privacy policy

This policy explains what Site Haus (“we”, “us”) collects when you use sitehaus.agency, its apps and its connectors (including the ChatGPT and Claude connectors), why we collect it, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. What we collect

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your projects to advertise to you. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Cookies
We use one essential sign-in cookie (ts_session), set as HttpOnly and used only to keep you signed in. We also remember small display choices (such as theme or a collapsed panel) in your browser's local storage. Neither is used for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run Site Haus, and only what each needs:
- AI providers, such as Anthropic (Claude), and, when you use image or video features, the media service you or we have connected (for example OpenAI or Higgsfield). Your prompts and the project content needed to answer them are sent to them to generate a response. If you add your own AI key, requests use that key.
- Stripe, for payments and subscriptions.
- Our hosting and network providers, including our server host and Cloudflare, which carry and protect traffic to the service.
- Email delivery providers, to send account and service emails.
- Services you connect yourself, such as GitHub, Figma, Vercel, Netlify, Slack or other MCP tools. We share data with them only after you connect them and only as needed for what you ask.
- Authorities, if the law requires it, or to protect people and the service from harm.
The ChatGPT and Claude connectors
When you connect Site Haus to ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant, you sign in to Site Haus and approve access yourself. The connector can then list, read, create and change your projects and proposals, and can publish a project if you ask the assistant to. The assistant only sees what the tools return in the conversation you are having, and what it shares with its provider is governed by that provider's own privacy policy. You can remove access at any time from your assistant's connector settings, and Site Haus treats a removed connector as no longer authorised.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and your work while your account is open. Backups of our systems are kept for a short rotating period and then replaced. When you delete your account, we remove your projects, hosted sites, files, keys, tickets and billing links, and cancel any paid plan. Some records may be kept where the law requires it (for example invoices).
Your choices and rights
- Access and export: you can export your projects and designs from the app at any time.
- Correct your details in Settings.
- Delete your account with “Delete my account” in Settings (you will be asked to confirm with your password). This removes your data as described above.
- Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict some processing, or to complain to your local data-protection authority. Email [email protected] and we will respond.
Security
We protect data in transit with HTTPS, hash passwords, store sign-in and reset tokens only as hashes, limit access to staff who need it, and rate-limit sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Children
Site Haus is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app.
